Become a Community Group Leader

Community is incredibly important for each and every individual. The Bible speaks often of the importance of community. For Vintage Church community is important not just because the Bible is clear we all need it, but also because God has chosen to multiply the Gospel through community. With Vintage Church community happens through Community Groups.

Because community groups are so vital to Vintage Church, we need Community Group Leaders. For Vintage Church a Community Group Leader serves in the role of “Deacon” and functions as “Shepherd.” We are looking for men and women who exhibit character, calling, chemistry, and competency. Because Community Group Leaders are so important to Vintage Church, here are some essential qualifications for beginning the leadership process:

  1. Faithfully attending Vintage worship gatherings
  2. Faithfully a part of a Vintage Community Group
  3. Faithfully serving on a vTeam
  4. Faithfully giving to the vision and mission of Vintage Church
  5. Baptized by immersion as a believer
